If you are a returnee (not enrolled during the previous semester),
please follow these steps:
1. Send an email to the Associate Dean where your program belongs for your intent
to return to the program you were previously enrolled in, indicating the following
information: (Student number/Full Name and Program Code)
2. The Associate Dean will evaluate the students' status based on the curriculum
and the retention policy implemented by the college/program.
3. If approved, then Associate Dean will endorse the student returnee's acceptance
through email to the accounting office for clearance purposes (assessment@dlsud.edu.ph)
and copy furnish the OUR (ntromasoc@dlsud.edu.ph).
4. If no accountability, OUR will check and assign the new program code. If has
unsettled accountability, students will be advised to settle first the accountability
through payment to the following accredited DLSU-D payment center.
5. After assigning of the program code, OUR will send an email to the ICTC helpdesk
through accountverification@dlsud.edu.ph for the reactivation of the student portal.
5. Once student portal is reactivated, you may proceed to Online Enrollment on the
specified schedule.
NOTE: The Office of the University Registrar should be Carbon Copy (Cc) in the email
thread our@dlsud.edu.ph
